Goal Area #1 – Small Business Information, Counselling and Advisory Services

Objective: To work with our community partners to provide a world–class integrated network of small business information access, counselling and advisory services.

Goal Area #2 – Financial Support to Small Business

Objective: To provide loans, equity investment, loan guarantees and other financial support to small business.

Goal Area #3 – Community Economic Development (CED) and Community Strategic Planning

Objective: To initiate and/or undertake a limited number of community economic development initiatives of strategic importance.

Goal Area #4 – Overall Goals for CDC

Objective: To ensure the community and area is aware of who we are and what we do; to create sustainable jobs; and effectively manage the overall growth and human resources of the organization.
